Yup its me the earth loving kid again. So how fast is global warming happening? Well so far we have rose carbon dioxide level from 280 parts per million to 386 part per million. That is about 38%. Methane level (Methane heat up earth ten times faster) have rose 151%. Caused a 1.8 degree rise in the earth avg. temp. It may not seem like alot but as the ice caps melt less and less sun light is reflected out of space and more heat is trapped in earth's atmosphere. This will mean lose of the northern ice cap in 20 years. since we rise carbon dioxide 200 parts per million every 100 years and since it take 200 years before CO2 breaks down we will at least rise to 525 parts per million of CO2.
