If I were you, I would go as early as possible. You will be able to have a good time without getting soaked. if you ahve an umbrella, you would take it. Most, if not all of the storms will have heavy downpoors. Some of which will have strong, gusty winds, hail, and frequent lightning. Soooooooo, BE PREPARED!!!!

if I had to make a call right now, I would say hershey is set for possible storms around 4pm, ummm not an all day soaker but about 1-2hrs worth of storms the entire day. I would still keep you plans keep and eye out for rob guarino or chris sowers blogs, they will help. steve
