SUMMER OUTLOOK-COLO-WYOMING-NEBRASKA-KANSAS

The summer will start off slightly warmer than normal as we switch from a LaNina pattern to a neutral pattern in mid to late June.  July is near to slightly above normal and August could get wet, mainly due to an active monsoon season in the mountains.  Overall I am not expecting a drought or a major heat wave this summer.
