SUMMER OUTLOOK CHICAGO-DETROIT-MILWAUKEE-GREEN BAY
Posted: (May 22, 2008 09:46 am)

Recent reports of La Nina are ending and this makes for a warmer than normal start to the summer and a near normal finish.  Rainfall has been on track this spring and I expect this all summer.  No drought this summer, expect a wet August.
