SUMMER OUTLOOK-N/C CALI-OREGON-WASHINGTON
Posted: (May 21, 2008 01:31 pm)

May has been above normal due mainly to the 2-4 day period of record heat mid month.  I expect a slightly warmer than normal summer as La Nina drops off. Precip will average a little below normal each month for all regions.  Expect another heat wave in July.
