More rain on the way for South Central Kentucky. We have been in a wet pattern for a while. With a few days of sunshine before, a weak cold front has pushed through bringing more rain. The front is now slowing down and stalling across the area, giving us a chance for showers and thunderstorms every day until Friday. There will be a brief period of sunshine on Saturday, but only brief. More rain is forecasted for Saturday night and on into Monday night. The entire time will not be a complete wash out. Temperatures will range from the upper 60's into the low 70's. Storms are not expected to be severe, and spotter activation is not to be anticipated. Sunshine will return by Tuesday of next week with highs in the low 70's.
