Big Hurricane This Year ?

I was reading an article that the east coast is due for a major hurricane this year ? Could this be another Isabel or worse for the Baltimore Metro area. That hurricane caused some big problems with the tides and flooding in the Chesapeake. What do some of the meteorologists think on here ?

It seems like the areas along the east coast have been lucky the past few years. I think North Carolina will get hit. I lived there when I was young and remember the storms
