I'm not a Meteorologist, but the low will move from the coast on a Northeast track which will keep the brunt of the Rain South of Metro - NY area, you will see rain , with a wind driven showery misty type of rain...it as of now is not going to move south to north .. but the low has not met the coast yet, so it can still rain hard if it shifts towards you... WINNNDDDYYYY!!!! all day ... be prepared ....
