What happen to all the rain ?

I thought the area was getting 2-3" of rain ? It looks like nothing more than a few showers here in MD. What happen, can someone explain it to me

Except for the panhandle of Maryland, nearly the entire state of Maryland received at least an inch of rain with the whole stretch of the 95 corridor cutting through the state receiving 2.5 to 4"...if not more. Camp Springs: 4.05" D.C.: 3.52" Baltimore: 2.01" Still an overall quality forecast in my opinion.

Like Mike said in his blog, they are guidance not the gospel. This is why human forecasting is still a must !
