The nam is shifting the rain mainly to the n&w by late morning which means a morning periods of heavy rain event, then showers for the afternoon.  1" to 1.75" along the coast tops!! with higher amounts of up to isolated 4" in southeast p.a. and maryland possible.  I can see ne p.a. and nw jersey getting up to 3" in isolated spots as well. along the coast by me it will be a typical n&w rainfall.  We'll get rain but not what we were originally expecting along the coast. Away from the coast will see this rain event last longer. Im still sticking with tappering to showers by afternoon from the coast west to philly!!
