Lets face it gas is getting close to $4 a gallon and $5 could be the going rate by the end of summer.  The problems are multiple ranging from:

----India & China emerging into super users of fuel / natural resources

----No refineries bulit in the USA in a long time

----The holdout to drill in the Alaskan region

----Problems in other countries (Iran, Iraq, Gulf, Nigeria)

----Rising fuel taxes

----Cost of making gas itself

So what would you do ?

Would you carpool to work, if it was the law ?

Would you take mass transit if it was the law ?

Would you buy a car that had to be charged every 200 miles and not go over 65mph on the highway ?

Would you buy into a law that says you can only buy $300 of gas a month.  Make less trips to store and manage your driving better ?
