Well this tells you the best!  We experince a earthquake this morning at 4:42am. I for one did not feel the earth shake, but some of us did around the stateline. I was woken up about this time out of a dead sleep. So maybe that is a sign of something?  Thankfully no one was hurt and thankfully it only caused minor damages around here.

However few citiies around in other states some of the signs of it has shown quite some heavy damage. You can continue finding information about it with your local media, websites or even here.

Now about are weather and what were dealing with. The cold air that we have been expecting just does not want to come thankfully! However it will be here don't get me wrong. Today we should be back up near the 70 degree mark once again, under some heavy cloud cover.

The rain seems to want to stay away, however we should see some rain come in the picture later this afternoon and this evening and remain with us for our Saturday. The good news this system is a weak system and does not seem to show a lot of rain coming out of it.

Which is good because are area rivers just don't need any more of it. I made a cool graphic up on top that shows some of the crest that have taken place this Friday of are rivers! Thankfully once again at this time we don't have to contend with driving over standing water and hope we don't have to has well!
