To steal Hatboro gals idea, Let’s have some fun and see whose prediction can come closest to where Hanna 08 will make landfall in the US.
Predict your location, time and day, and which category you think.

My prediction is Jekyll Island, St. Simons area Georgia at 6 PM Friday, being a weak Cat 2.

Cumberland Island, GA... Category 3 at landfall... landfall at noon on Friday. Whew! That was hard work!

I say Jacksonville, Fl sometime Friday.....a Cat 3 at landfall. Please note.. I'm horrible at guesses so I am sure I am way off!

i picked J.I. because it looked like a cool name on mapquest...LOL I did the same thing for GUS and I think I nailed it, waiting for the official results from H.G. Who needs super computers and models...... give me mapquest and a cool name for a beach and I am there!!!!! your vaca on the outter banks is soon, sending out vibes to the hurricane gods to keep them away!!!!!!! BTW i just read Robby G's blog and realized he picked J.I. too, so maybe a change is in for me also.....

My prediction for Gustav was really off - guess why I'm not a meteorologist .. lol.. Let's give this a try and see what happens.. It is fun. I even got my boys involved and I had them more interested in the weather than ever! My prediction is Pritchard's Island, SC, low Cat 3 Friday mid afternoon. (I know I am way off (think too far North, but... ) Have fun all!
