Here is the surface map where you can very easily tell where the cold front is located:

Just look for the shift in wind direction. As you can see there is a Southeasterly breeze across Missouri and Southeastern Kansas. As you head just a bit further Northwest into Central Kansas, you can there is a line where the wind shifts from the SE to NE, and behind that it is out of the North. This line where the wind changes direction is where the front is located.
Here is a map showing where the front was located this evening to help in visualizing what I am explaining:
NA***
The front has moved a bit Southeast, to the Northwestern corner of Missouri now, but this hopefully will help you visualize and determine where a front is located on the current surface map.
Dewpoints will increase overnight as you can see the maps valid 1:00 AM, and 4:00 PM CDT:

Dewpoits right around the area will likely range from 70 to 80 degrees in spots. If thunderstorms form, very heavy downpours may accompany them with the very high dewpoints.
Here is a breif forecast from the NWS for tonight through Thursday:
I think the potential is there for some heavy rain amounts if we get the thunderstorms. Right it looks like a 40% chance around the area.
