Most of the areas around Kansas City recieved a quarter inch or less. There was some heavier rain as you head further east. Places surrounding Columbia picked up 1-3+ inches, and it is still raining there. Marceline, MO picked up 0.09 inches, and it should rise to just over an inch as this heavy mist continues.
