Eastern Fury

This is a video of the worse tornadoes in the eastern part of the United States, appropriately called "Eastern Fury". The eastern US experience more tornadoes at a greater frequency than any other part of the country. Despite this fact many people still fall to nature's fury every year. Could it be that warning systems don't send their warnings early enough? Or are the people too stubborn to move away? Or do they think the tornadoes won't hit them?
