Severe Thunderstorm in Romania

Severe storm in Gura-Riului area, Romania on June 23, 2007. The rain almost seemed like it's falling at a horizontal angle because of the strength of the wind. The pure strength of the wind was enough to bend and shred the trees, and make one large tree fall down and hit the power lines! Can you tell how strong the wind is by just looking at it? It must have been at least 90mph! Definitely not safe to go outside when the wind can make trees fall.
