Deadly Tornado In Beaver, OK
A HUGE tornado! On March 28, 2007, a wedge tornado was seen in Beaver, OK. It then develops into a double vortex, and finally into a gigantic cone. For a short while there were two simultaneous tornadoes spinning! During its final stage the tornado is beautifully backlit by the setting sun, and a couple of lightning bolts shoot out of it. Unfortunately, 2 people were killed by this tornado. As well, several farm buildings were damaged, and power poles and large trees were toppled. The fatalities occurred when the tornado destroyed a single family home. The couple tried to seek refuge in a bathroom but they were swallowed by the tornado anyway. When you see a tornado, the best thing to do is to stay as far away from it as possible. It's even better to know about them in advance.
