The Manchester Wedge

This video shows dramatic footage of the famous Manchester Wedge on June 24, 2003. The one-and-a-half-mile wide gigantic tornado was able to easily rip apart a large, two-storey house in Manchester, as well as uproot several trees in its path and smaller houses in the town. Amazingly, the photographers who took this video did so within 200 yards of the monstrous force of weather. The Manchester Wedge is hailed by many as the most spectacular tornado that ever appeared, even though there were at least five more tornadoes produced by the weather disturbance during that day.
