Tropical Storm Barry
This video shows Tropical Storm Barry in Miami, Florida on June 2, 2007, as it made landfall on the west Florida coast, near Tampa. It was transitioning into a non-tropical system, though it did have an extensive circulation with heavy rainfall as it moved across most of the peninsula between June 1 and 2. While damage was minimal, rain continued to persist and move across the area until the afternoon of June 2, and thunderstorms formed as well. The highest winds in Miami were pretty low, about 20-25 mph with gusts of up to 30 mph. In this intensity you should be able to just relax and enjoy the windy weather, because it's definitely not as deadly as the other storms.
