Cyclone Vance
In March of 1999 Cyclone Vance struck Western Australia, and was one of the six tropical cyclones that formed on the coast of Australia during the 1999 Southern Hemisphere tropical cyclone season. It reached a rating of Category 5 on the Australian scale before dissipating the following day. Vance reached a maximum speed of 145 mph, and caused up to $100 million in damage. Fortunately, there were no fatalities, which is quite a miracle considering how powerful this storm was. This video of Vance is also one of the best storm videos, with a stable camera, good sound, and no talking. For more amazing weather videos visit www.MyWeatherLive.com.
