Hurricane Emily
Hurricane Emily, of the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season, was the first Category-5 hurricane in a long time. Before coming to Mexico it did massive damage in Grenada, then the Yucatan Peninsula as a Category 4 storm. When it finally reached Mexico it made an extremely destructive landfall in Tamaulipas. Emily reached an amazing wind speed of 160 mph, killed 9 people, and cost $580 million in damages. This video shows the damage Emily caused in Mexico.
