Victims of May 1999 Oklahoma Tornadoes
May 3, 1999--Oklahoma gets an average of 54 tornadoes a year, which seems like a lot but most of them are small and insignificant and aren't really a threat. However, huge tornadoes do happen, and they do destroy life and property. Like the reporter in the video says, if there's one good thing about large tornadoes is that they're easily seen, and thus easy to stay away from. So if you just stay aware, keep updated on the weather, and be prepared at all times, you will never have to experience what is shown in this video: the damage caused by a huge tornado in Oklahoma on May 3, 1999.
