Thunderstorm in Miami
At about 9:30 pm on April 6, 2008, Dade county was given a severe thunderstorm warning. Earlier during that day (about 5 am) there was another severe thunderstorm. Winds peaked at roughly 60mph, and a few trees were uprooted during the storm. Lightning was so bright and so frequent, you could literally bring a book outside and read it perfectly fine, except the heavy rain would have gotten it soaked. At the end of the video you can see the trees that were broken or uprooted by the storm. For weather reports, weather news, and weather forecasts, visit www.MyWeatherLive.com.
