The focus of today's severe weather is on two areas.  The Midwest area includes Minneapolis, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Oklahoma City.  The biggest problem could be straight line winds and hail. The other region is from Washington Dc to New York City later today. This also includes Albany NY o Harrisburg PA. 

Other storms could occur in Southern Texas, Northern California (wild fire area) and the Dakotas this morning. Severe expert Chris Sowers will be along with new data shortly.
