More Flood Issues for the Midwest

After a stalled front and the leftover from IKE we still have flood issues for Indiana, Missouri and Illinois.  We are expecting a dry period for the next few days so the conditions will slowly improve over the region.  September 15-October 15 is typically one of the driest periods of the year in the Upper Midwest.
