Certain signals are starting to come together for the winter outlook. NAO, LaNina/El Nino, PDO, and other factors. The odds are over 50% that the East Coast from DC to Boston will see above normal snowfall and below normal temps. Most of the signals will really start to take place in the first 2 weeks of November, so check back for a few clues you snow junkies.

Hmmmm there are none of them around are there?? J/K It sure would be nice to have more than 8" in a year! Also, when was the last time we broke a record low temperature during a Winter?
