Baltimore and Washington DC Metro will have more snow than last season and it will be colder overall. You big snow will not be until January and it will be between 11-22 of the month. You are in the zone where snow to rain will be an issue due to a track just to the west for the first half of the winter. Like the Northeast you get that REAL winter feel mid and later January. It may even at times feel like the real winter of the late 70's but not as long lasting. Enjoy your totals and if I missed your area drop an email in the comment section below !
