CAROLINA LOW BRINGS FLOOD ADVISORIES TO NY,NJ,DE,MD COAST

A big Low off the NC Coast will bring some minor tidal flooding on Sunday.  It's the combination of the LOW and the astronomical HIgh Tide that will cause some MINOR flooding along the beaches and back bays of MD-DE-NJ-DE-NY.  This COASTAL FLOOD WATCH IS from 11am to 5pm on Sunday.
