I am watching a line of strong to potentially severe storms rolling across the Lower Susquehanna Valley down to I-81 west of D.C. Metro.  This line does have the chance to turn severe as it crosses Baltimore-Washington and Lancaster PA.  The main thing to watch for in these storms is straight downburst winds over 55mph and pea size hail.  Lifting index of -2.8 and 1366 CAPE will bring strong storms but maybe not in the severe range as they past the big cities by 5:30-7:00pm
