TROPICS QUIET, 95% OF SEASON NOW OVER

We still do have 5 weeks left in the season, but the activity in the tropics is about 95% over. This means that 95% of all troipcals systems form before October 23rd.  We do have a flare up in the Western Carribbean but this will be slow to develop as upper levels winds drop off in the next few days.  We'll watch it for you here at Myweatherlive and keep you posted if this moves into the Gulf of Mexico.
