Severe Storms/Flooding hitting Boston-Providence Metro

Doppler Radar at this hour is showing 1-3" of rain per hour just south of Boston and East of Providence.  This area of storms was moving to the Northeast at 15-25 mph.  Expect Flash Flooding to continue for areas of SE Mass. for the next 2 hours
